
Digital Marketing Specialist
Title: Digital Marketing Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and leads to the company’s website and social media channels.
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletter and drip campaigns, to nurture leads and convert them into customers
- Manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns on search engines and social media platforms
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve website ranking and visibility
- Analyze and report on website and social media analytics to track the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance
- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content that aligns with the brand’s tone and voice
- Collaborate with other teams, such as content marketing and sales, to create and execute integrated campaigns that achieve business goals
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies and make recommendations for continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing
- Experience with PPC advertising platforms, such as Google Ads or Facebook Ads, and SEO tools, such as Google Analytics or SEMrush
- Knowledge of social media marketing best practices and experience managing social media accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Strong analytical and reporting skills and experience with data analysis tools, such as Excel or Google Sheets
- Self-starter with a proactive and results-driven mindset
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
