Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and leads to the
company’s website and social media channels.
Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletter and drip campaigns, to nurture
leads and convert them into customers.
Manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns on search engines and social media
platforms.
Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page search engine optimization (SEO)
strategies to improve website ranking and visibility.
Analyze and report on website and social media analytics to track the effectiveness of digital
marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
Manage social media accounts and create engaging content that aligns with the brand’s tone and
voice.
Collaborate with other teams, such as content marketing and sales, to create and execute integrated
campaigns that achieve business goals.
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies and make
recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management skills
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field
3+ years of experience in digital marketing
Experience with PPC advertising platforms, such as Google Ads or Facebook Ads, and SEO tools, such as Google Analytics or SEMrush
Knowledge of social media marketing best practices and experience managing social media accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn
Strong analytical and reporting skills and experience with data analysis tools, such as Excel or Google Sheets
Self-starter with a proactive and results-driven mindset
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
